- Matt Lawrence: Owner and Head Trainer, Matt is a nationally ranked light heavyweight kickboxing champion with years of experience in the fitness industry.
- Zac Lawrence: Strength and Conditioning Coach, Zac is a certified personal trainer with a passion for strength and conditioning training.
- Luke Gullick: Personal Trainer, Luke is a certified personal trainer with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Our Facility
Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest equipment and technology to support your fitness journey. Our equipment includes:
- Free weights and machines
- Cardio equipment, such as treadmills and ellipticals
- Resistance training equipment, such as resistance bands and kettlebells
- Functional training equipment, such as jump ropes and battle ropes
Scheduling
Our gym is open Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 7:30pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 10:00am. We offer a variety of class times throughout the day, including morning and evening sessions.
