Meet Our Team

Scott Wissel, our owner and personal trainer, is passionate about helping others get fit and achieve their goals. He finds it incredibly rewarding to see our clients work hard, give great effort, and get the results they want.

Ryan Ellison has been a personal trainer and made positive life-changing impacts on others since 2011. He is driven by the fulfillment he gets from seeing his clients take action and achieve massive transformations.

Jose Gonzales, an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science Pre-Physical Therapy from Texas A&M University Kingsville, is dedicated to helping people reach their goals through individualized fitness programs.
