Our Story

With decades-long relationships with key market movers in our territory, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for many of the most highly respected manufacturers in the industry. Our 15,000 square foot warehouse in the heart of Orange County ensures that our partners' products are readily available to the market. We employ the industry-leading CRM platform, Repfabric, to manage interactions with thousands of contacts at wholesalers, contractors, engineers, and builders in Southern California and Las Vegas, allowing us to track large projects from design to commissioning.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services to our manufacturer principals, including wholesale, commercial sales, residential builder sales, inside sales, and warehouse management. Our wholesale trade services provide total market coverage in our territory, with decades-long relationships with key wholesale contacts, demand creation with contractors and homebuilders, counter day demonstrations, tradeshow representation, customer training, and technical support. Our commercial sales team works closely with specifying engineers on projects ranging from multi-use apartment buildings to high-rises and stadiums, ensuring that our manufacturers' products get through the submittal and ordering process seamlessly.

Our residential builder sales team works closely with builder purchasing and design personnel, as well as new construction plumbing contractors, to provide manufacturers access to companies responsible for tens of thousands of housing starts per year. Our inside sales and warehouse team provides full-service order processing, warehousing, and billing systems, allowing us to buy and resell products, providing turnkey access to the plumbing wholesale market. We also offer consignment warehousing services, with knowledgeable inside sales staff handling everything from pricing and stock checks to complex technical questions.

Our Team

Our team is led by President Derek Johansson, who has worked every position in the company from warehouse to inside sales, outside sales, and management. Derek has a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara in business economics and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Our VP of Sales, Dominick Summa, joined Delta-Q in 2011 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With a team of dedicated professionals, we strive to provide exceptional service to our manufacturer principals and customers, driving sales growth and performance in the plumbing and HVAC industry.
