Meet Dr. Kajimura

Dr. Lisa Kajimura is passionate about helping patients maximize their personal health. Through continuing education, frequent dental conferences, and membership in two professional study clubs (in gnathology and orthodontics), Lisa constantly expands her knowledge of the latest advances in dentistry and the healing potential of the human body. Her quiet, easygoing manner and petite hands translate to a gentle and non-threatening experience for her patients.

Dr. Kajimura grew up on Mercer Island and has been around dentistry from a very early age. Her father, Saburo, was a dentist and she worked in his practice since she was in the 6th grade. Lisa attended the University of Washington where she graduated from the nursing school in 1990 and the dental school in 1994. She took over her father's practice in 1995 after he passed away and continues to treat many of his patients.

Dr. Kajimura is a volunteer at the Union Gospel Mission dental clinic and a member of Japanese Presbyterian Church. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Keila, a source of many proud moments.

Meet the Staff

Lori, RDH, B.S., Registered Dental Hygienist. Lori is a registered dental hygienist and is known for her gentle touch. She has been a hygienist for more than thirty years, and has been with our office since 2008. Lori grew up in Fridley, Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota, with her dental hygiene degree. She later attended the University of Washington, where she received her expanded hygiene duties certification. (She claims allegiance to both the MN Golden Gophers and the UW Huskies!) Lori is a perfectionist and likes things to be neat, organized, and done well. She enjoys getting to know the patients and loves helping them improve and maintain their oral health. In her spare time, Lori loves to hike, garden, and read.
