At Tri-State Spay/Neuter & Veterinary Clinic, we are passionate about providing high-quality, affordable veterinary care to our community. Our mission is to end the overpopulation of dogs and cats in our community by providing low-cost spay and neuter programs, helping abandoned and stray animals get healthy and find permanent homes, and facilitating affordable veterinary care for all.

We offer a wide range of services, including low-cost spay and neuter programs, annual and medical appointments, vaccinations, general surgery, and dentals. Our experienced team, led by Dr. Tracy Land, is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. Our Philosophy

We believe that everyone deserves access to affordable veterinary care, regardless of their financial situation. That's why we partner directly with Logan's Run Rescue, a 501c3 charity, to provide low-cost spay and neuter programs to our community. We also love to help other rescues and humane societies, and we're proud to have helped thousands of animals in need over the years.

Our Team

Our team is led by Dr. Tracy Land, a passionate and experienced veterinarian who has dedicated her career to helping animals in need. Dr. Land has received specialized training in pediatric sterilization and has performed over 100,000 low-cost spay/neuter surgeries in her 30+ year career. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill.

Our History

Before moving to the area and starting Tri-State Spay/Neuter Clinic, Dr. Land served on the Board of Directors for the Forsyth County Humane Society in Georgia for ten years. She opened her first practice, Pet Vet, in 1987, and went on to receive specialized training in pediatric sterilization. Dr. Land has donated thousands of hours and dollars to helping animals in need, and has personally fostered over 300 homeless animals.
