At A Better Way Massage, we are dedicated to improving and inspiring the health and wellness of our community through massage therapy and education. Our Story

Established in 2014 by Crystal Farlow, LMT, Owner, A Better Way Massage was created to offer more to Columbia County and beyond. Since its foundation, we have formed working professional relationships with doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, physical therapists, and many more. We believe that improving and inspiring our community to health and wellness takes a village.

We have a team of experienced massage therapists who are committed to providing a safe and relaxing environment for our clients. Our therapists are skilled in a variety of modalities, including medical massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and more.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to cater to the unique needs of our clients. From medical massage to relaxation massage, we have a variety of modalities to choose from. We also offer gift cards for those who want to share the gift of wellness with loved ones. Our services are designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall health and wellness.

Medical Billing

We accept a variety of insurance plans, including MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident cases), WC (Worker's Comp cases), Regence (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Providence (and other ASH Network Companies), and more. We also offer flexible payment options for those who do not have insurance coverage.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours or fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, a $50 fee will be incurred, regardless of appointment type or length. You will be responsible for payment of the fee prior to any future appointments.
