MMG Development

MMg Development is the property development team of the Murillo/Malnati group. Its core competencies include land and property acquisitions, entitlements, conceptual design, project finance, construction management, and development of all MMg projects including multi-family, condominium, and single-family projects. Since inception, MMg Development has designed, restored, and developed over 50 projects in Washington, DC, in neighborhoods including Georgetown, Dupont, Logan, Woodley Park, Cleveland Park, Mount Vernon Square, Capitol Riverfront, and others.

Leadership

MMg Development's development team includes professionals with local, national, and international experience in the fields of acquisitions, finance, design, construction management, and asset management. Julio Murillo is the Managing Member of the Murillo/Malnati Group, and Donald Malnati is the President of Renovations Unlimited Inc.
