Our History and Mission
At Terrace Heights Memorial Park, we are proud to have been serving the Yakima Valley community for over 90 years. Established in 1930, our non-profit cemetery association has been dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients during the most difficult times. We take great pride in maintaining our beautifully manicured grounds, which offer a variety of options to honor your loved ones.
With a rich history dating back to 1930, our 80-acre cemetery has served as the final resting place for nearly 32,000 individuals, including notable figures from Yakima's vibrant history. Inspired by the beauty of Forest Lawn, we opted for ground-level markers instead of traditional standing tombstones, allowing us to maintain the grounds with ease. Our meticulously maintained grounds include manicured lawns, picturesque brick-paved features, and a serene pond, graced by elegant swans.
