Our team, training, and sales presentations are the best in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Illinois.

We have a diverse customer base that includes wholesalers, contractors, architects, engineers, homebuilders, and OEMs. Our commitment to providing superior solutions has helped us maintain long-lasting relationships with our vendors and manufacturers. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about their work. Our president, Chris Barry, has extensive experience in the industry, having worked as a National Sales Manager and V.P. of Sales and Marketing before joining MCS. He is passionate about representing the best manufacturers in the HVACR industry and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and cheering for the Tribe and the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Carol Barry, our office manager, is the backbone of our organization. She handles payroll, expense reports, marketing, and office management with ease. When she's not keeping the Westerville team in line, she loves to travel, spend time with her kids, and indulge in the occasional 'girls spa day.'

Tod Heath, our outside sales representative, has been in the industry since 1987. With a background in teaching history, he has brought a unique perspective to the HVACR industry. Tod has received several awards from our clients as their "Rep Agency of the Year" and continues to be an integral part of our team. He enjoys spending time with his family, including his 10 grandchildren, and participating in church and community activities.

Jeff Murray, another outside sales representative, has 37 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry. He has worked at both the distributor and sales representative levels and is known for his strategic thinking and attention to detail. Jeff covers Michigan, NE Ohio, and Northern Indiana and is always available to answer calls and provide solutions. He loves attending concerts, traveling, swimming, and following Detroit sports teams, with a special fondness for Michigan State football.
