Sample Project: Clifton, New Jersey

Tulfra Real Estate and The Hampshire Companies made headlines in 2017 with the announcement of fully leasing this massive industrial/warehouse building in Clifton, New Jersey. Major changes to the property included raising the roof to 27 feet to exceed manufacturing and storage requirements, changing the exterior skin, installing a new electrical and mechanical system, T5 lighting, sprinklers, and more. In recognition of these improvements, the City of Clifton awarded 65 Industrial Street South with a "Commercial Beautification Award".

Residential Communities

Tulfra Real Estate's core philosophy focuses on the redevelopment of neighborhoods with real estate assets that have been largely overlooked and underutilized. Sample Project: Molly Brook on Belmont, North Haledon

In North Haledon, Tulfra saw an opportunity to create something positive for the township with Molly Brook on Belmont. This pristine community is currently home to 180-luxury apartments situated on 20-plus-acres with a pool, clubhouse, open space, and lounge areas. Tulfra has been responsible for all facets of development, including leasing, construction, and branding efforts. The end result - less than one year to lease-up.
