Mills Whitaker Architects LLC is a renowned architectural firm led by Don Mills and Craig Whitaker. Since 1982, we have been specializing in the restoration, rehabilitation, and modification of historic structures and replacement buildings. Our expertise also extends to residential single-family house renovations and new designs. With offices in southern and coastal Maine and eastern Massachusetts, we have successfully completed numerous award-winning projects in the region.

This is followed by the development of prioritized budgets, design options, and detailed plans for phased renovations. Our team consists of five professionals, three of whom are registered architects. We are licensed in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, and one of our team members is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED-Accredited Professional.
