Our Experienced Team

At the heart of Durham Family Eye Care lies a team of highly skilled and experienced eye care professionals. Dr. Frances Sites, our founder, is a Diplomate with the American Board of Optometry, showcasing her dedication to ongoing education and maintaining the highest standards of care. She is certified to practice Advanced Care Optometry, enabling her to diagnose and manage a wide range of eye conditions, including glaucoma, red eye, and foreign body removals. Joining Dr. Sites is Dr. Philip Perrino, a graduate of Villanova University and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Perrino's commitment to serving underserved communities is evident in his participation in numerous medical missions throughout his career. Dr. Thomas Arnista, O.D., rounds out our team, bringing his expertise to provide comprehensive eye care for the entire family.
