Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Work
Several reviewers experienced poor customer service and unreliable work from All Seasons Tree Service. Matt Scherber was quoted for tree trimming but the company never showed up and sent him an invoice for "work completed" that was not done. Gunnar Aas reported that company vehicles were parked in a bike-only lane and the staff was rude and dismissive when asked to move. Valerie Petit had multiple scheduling conflicts and the company never showed up, with the final excuse being that the crew had spent too many hours over the weekend.
