Our team, led by Sarah Simkin, a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience, is dedicated to delivering personalized and innovative therapy and educational consultation services. Sarah's passion for working with the neurodiverse population and her expertise in creating social skills programs have led to significant growth and success for many of her students.

At Simkin Speech, we understand that every child is unique and has their own set of needs and challenges. That's why we offer a range of services designed to cater to each child's specific requirements. Our services include virtual speech and language therapy and evaluations, educational consultation, and collaboration workshops for teachers and parents.

Virtual Speech & Language Therapy & Evaluation

We provide both assessments to help determine your child's needs, especially in regards to their function within the classroom and/or within their home environment. Our virtual therapy sessions focus on various areas such as expressive/receptive language, early intervention (0-3 year olds), articulation, phonological processing, and social language (pragmatics).

Educational Consultation

We believe that effective collaboration between parents, teachers, and therapists is crucial for a child's growth and success. That's why we offer educational consultation services aimed at educating teachers and parents about social skills terminology, providing classroom lessons, and teacher presentations. By working together, we can create a supportive environment that fosters socialization and emotional growth.

Virtual Social Groups

Our virtual social groups are designed to teach children the fundamentals of social skills, rather than just memorizing rote speech. Our goal is to build their social awareness and abilities, enabling them to form meaningful connections and friendships. Our Approach

We also provide weekly emails with tips and tools to help your child grow and succeed in their speech and language abilities.
