Our team is extensively trained in-house, and we perform daily on-site safety inspections to promote a safe environment for subcontractors, clients, and the general public. We also provide Pre-Construction, Project Management, Project Supervision, and Post Construction services for our clients across various industry sectors.

Safety & Risk

Safety is our top priority. All WDC field staff comply with a minimum 10-hour OSHA training course, and we encourage our employees to update and further expand their safety education. Regular independent job site inspections are analyzed and used in training to ensure our employees go home safe. Our commitment to safety includes daily safety inspections, Tool Box Talks, and Pre-job Orientation Meetings and Site Safety Analysis for every project.
