Mark's journey in the construction industry began with his tenure at Carpenters Union Local #201 in Wichita, KS. There, he honed his skills and earned his journeyman status, working primarily in commercial environments. While he gained valuable experience, he discovered a void in the way customer needs were addressed. He longed to create a space where his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellent craftsmanship were truly appreciated.

This desire led Mark to pursue side projects in residential remodeling, where he found immense satisfaction in collaborating directly with clients and witnessing their delight in the results.
