Our Team

Our team at 44 North Architects is led by Founder and Owner Tor Glendinning, who graduated with a professional degree in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. With over two decades of experience, Tor has built lasting relationships with engineering consultants, architect colleagues, and contractors throughout Maine.

Doug Cogger, an Architect at 44 North Architects, brings thorough knowledge of the design process, a strong understanding of building construction, and proficiency in CAD platforms to the team. With a Master of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech and a BS in Business from the University of Maine, Orono, Doug contributes a comprehensive perspective and valuable insights to every project.

Jennifer Wais, our Interior Designer, has honed her unique view of design through over eight years of experience at 44 North Architects. Jen Spent several years studying Interior Design at the University of Southern Maine and brings a passion for creating inspired and functional spaces to the team.
