The Mark-It

At The Mark-It Screen Printing & Embroidery, we are a local Harrisonburg, VA print and embroidery shop dedicated to providing quality custom apparel services in a timely manner. We pride ourselves on quality artwork and personal service, allowing our customers to communicate directly with the people who will be embellishing their items. Our focus is on investing in our community and printing great shirts for our neighbors, while also serving customers nationally.

Our History

The Mark-It started as a kiosk in the Valley Mall in the early 1990s before moving to a nearby storefront location several years later. In 2002, the shop moved to the Deyerle Avenue shopping center. In late 2010, current owner Susie Diehl purchased the business, and in June 2011, Jeff Guinn became a partner. At the end of 2011, The Mark-It moved into a newly renovated space on Deyerle Avenue. In the summer of 2015, The Mark-It picked up shop and moved to downtown Harrisonburg, where it currently operates.

Meet the Team

Running a shop this awesome is no small feat. We couldn't do it without each of these exceptional team members. Jeff Guinn, our owner and manager, is a local from Cross Keys, Virginia, with over a decade of apparel design experience. Susie Diehl, also an owner, has been with the shop since 2010 and is responsible for embroidery. Eirot Ropot, our screen printer and ink master, brings her expertise to the printing floor. Together, we strive to provide the best custom apparel services in the area.
