Our Mission

Sunset Christian Preschool (SCP) is a ministry of University Place Presbyterian Church, serving families in University Place and Tacoma. We provide a nurturing environment where young minds and hearts can discover their potential, all within the framework of Christian faith.

Developing the Whole Child

We go beyond simply imparting academic knowledge. At SCP, we believe in fostering the spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of every child. Through play-based learning activities, engaging lessons, and dedicated teachers, we guide children on their journey of discovery, nurturing their unique gifts and talents.
