Alina Paula
Alina is a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition coach. She has been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years and has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Alina specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish massage, and ortho-bionomy.
Brad Paula
Brad is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga instructor. He has a strong sport and fitness background, having competed in age group swimming and coached age group swimming. Brad specializes in post-rehabilitation training and corrective exercises as well as special population and/or sport-specific programs.
