Our Company

Founded in 2010 by President Daniel Gerdes, who holds a master's degree from the University of Florida's prestigious M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management, Gerdes Construction has a proven track record of delivering successful projects across various sectors. Our team's extensive experience includes large industrial facilities, big box retail stores, private residences, and numerous dental and medical offices. We believe that buildings should harmonize with their environments and seamlessly integrate both inside and out.

Our Team

Our team consists of highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Kimberley Summers, Chief Financial Officer, oversees business operations and brings a wealth of experience in accounting and IT systems management. Cynthia Frank, Office Management, has a deep understanding of the construction industry, having worked as a real estate appraiser and owning and managing several businesses. Our superintendents, including Marty McKay, Todd Hardgrove, and Rick Liska, have extensive experience in commercial and multi-family construction, dental and medical office interiors, and new construction.
