Our Process
Our executive search process is built on the principles of integrity, understanding, and timeliness. We begin by conducting a needs assessment and discussing the engagement parameters with our clients. We then create a strategy map to determine the direction and focus of the research on targeted organizations and prospective candidates.
As candidates are screened and interviewed, we prepare a progress report to keep our clients informed. If specific issues hamper the search as it is being conducted, we work in conjunction with our clients to resolve them. Following our initial screening process, we present a slate of candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in the offer presentation. We continue our support and service after the assignment has been completed, following up with our clients and the newly hired executive on a monthly basis to assist in the assimilation period.

History
SESI was founded in 1994 by Michael Siegel in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm initially focused on the placement of executives working in organizations that supplied industrial additives. As the practice grew, the focus expanded into the placement of individuals in technology and biotechnology marketplaces.
