At Saratoga Capital, Inc., we manage apartment communities in premier cities along the west coast, encompassing Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Southern California. Our diverse range of styles and locations includes charming garden-style apartments and modern urban high-rises. Our communities are situated in the following areas:

• Washington: Bellevue (332 units), Seattle (224 units), and Auburn (221 units)
• Northern California: East Bay (272 units), Peninsula (88 units), and South Bay (608 units)
• Southern California: Huntington Beach (208 units) and Santa Ana (324 units)
