*Lucas Business Manager*

Lucas grew up in the dental field and has extensive experience in the industry. He has been with West Temple Orthodontics since its inception, serving as the business manager. He is responsible for marketing, accounting, community engagement, and HR. Lucas loves interacting with patients, being involved in the community, and leading the team. He is happily married to Dr. Cali and has four boys. They are active in community sports and enjoy the outdoors and traveling.

*Lori Lab Technician*

Lori is a laboratory technician who has been with West Temple Orthodontics since 2001. She enjoys creating appliances specific to each individual patient's needs. Lori enjoys working with the team, most of whom have been working together for more than a decade and are like one big family. At home, she has a son who plays the trumpet in the Academy High School Band. In her spare time, she likes to bake and decorate all kinds of desserts.

*Sonia Financial Coordinator*

Sonia has been with Dr. Cali and West Temple Orthodontics since 2003. She enjoys working with patients and parents, overseeing and coordinating financial records, processing insurance claims and follow-ups, and getting to know our patients and families during their time with us. Sonia loves seeing how happy people are with their new smiles! In her leisure time, she enjoys attending her daughters' softball games, spending time with family, hiking, and listening to live music and attending concerts.

*Marisol Receptionist*
