The Corporate Catering Co. is a women-run catering company that has reimagined corporate lunch services with an innovative approach. We take pride in our unmatched variety, our commitment to clean cooking, and the delicious meals we craft for our clients. All of our menu items are handmade with love using whole food ingredients or sourced carefully from local vendors. Our primary goal is to create an enjoyable experience for everyone by ensuring food allergen safety and offering vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-friendly dishes upon request.

Our Whole Food Philosophy

At The Corporate Catering Co., we wholeheartedly believe that food nourishes and sustains our bodies. It can either nourish or pollute it, depending on the quality of the ingredients. To ensure we put the best food into our bodies and onto our tables, we limit pre-packaged food and avoid preservatives. The majority of our food is scratch-made in-house or sourced from local vendors in Kansas City who share our whole ingredient philosophy. We provide fresh and delicious meals that energize and satisfy our clients.

Our Evolution

The Corporate Catering Co. began in 2016 as Engineered Edibles Catering Co., a creative outlet for owner Ellen Beier, who was working as a licensed electrical engineer. As the business grew, Ellen left her engineering career in late 2018 to cater full-time and open a commercial kitchen. Engineered Edibles evolved into a thriving women-owned and operated catering company, specializing in daily corporate lunch services.

In March 2020, offices closed due to the pandemic, and our rapid growth came to a halt. However, we adapted and innovated by shifting our focus to The Table in Downtown Overland Park. The Table became our private event services hub. As local businesses started returning to their offices, we pivoted back to our passion - corporate lunches. In January 2023, we changed our name to The Corporate Catering Co. and enthusiastically introduced our 12-week menu rotation for local offices needing daily lunch services.
