Who We Are

Middlesex Investment Partners LLC is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm with a mission to build a portfolio of properties that adds value to the communities in which each building is located. We focus our investments narrowly on the communities along I-93 just North of Boston and in close proximity to the I-93/I-95 interchange, Massachusetts' busiest intersection. These communities have dense populations and multi-modal transportation options. Our investment strategy is centered around increasing the density around public transportation nodes, recognizing that car ownership and the need for expansive parking lots may be less important over time.

Our Services

At Middlesex Investment Partners, we specialize in the acquisition, development, and operation of retail, office, and mixed-use town center properties as well as neighborhood-oriented retail centers. Our services include:

  • Property Acquisitions: We acquire existing properties that have potential for redevelopment or repositioning, and work to enhance their value through renovations and leasing.
  • Property Development: We develop new properties or redevelop existing ones to meet the needs of the surrounding community.
  • Property Management: We manage our properties to ensure they remain attractive to tenants and the community, while also generating strong returns for our investors.
  • Leasing: We lease our properties to a diverse range of tenants, from small businesses to large corporations, working closely with them to ensure their needs are met.

Our Team

Our team is composed of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry. Our partners, Christian Senna and Joseph Senna, have backgrounds in finance and development, and have worked with a range of prominent organizations, including Choice Hotels International and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Both are actively involved in their respective communities, with a commitment to giving back through their service on various boards and committees.
