At Comfort Service, Inc., we have been proudly serving the Deland and West Volusia community for over 40 years. Our team of experienced HVAC experts is dedicated to helping you maintain the comfort that you want and deserve in your home or property. We understand that being a homeowner can be challenging enough, and your heating and cooling system shouldn't add more stress.

Our team, led by President and Owner Blaine Aldrich, is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service, parts, and equipment possible at reasonable prices. Blaine, who moved to Florida in 1978 after graduating high school, took a position with Comfort Service, Inc. as a helper and eventually moved up the ranks to Vice-President. In 2000, Blaine bought Comfort Service, Inc. from the original owner and has since grown the business into what it is today. Blaine is now enjoying a semi-retired life, leaving Vice-President Garrett Roland to continue the legacy.

Garrett has been with Comfort Service, Inc. since January 2015. He started as an install helper and has sharpened his skills and gained knowledge, leading him to his current position of Vice-President. Garrett is a people person and loves meeting with customers while doing estimates for new equipment. When he is not working, you can find him coaching his kids' ball teams and spending time with his wife, who is also our office administrator, and their kids.

Our team also includes Jose Abrego, a service technician who has been with Comfort Service, Inc. since April of 2002. With over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Jose has gained knowledge through the many changes in our industry, making his diagnostic skills second to none. He is honest and upfront about any issues your unit is having. When Jose is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Alex Schneider, an install and service technician, has been with Comfort Service, Inc. for more than 8 years. Alex started as an install helper and is now able to do it all. He is known for being thorough and detailed during his calls and can relate to his customers and explain what is going on with their systems. He is our in-house "expert" when it comes to Wi-Fi thermostats! When Alex is not working, he enjoys sports and being outdoors.

Lastly, our team includes Christine Roland, our office administrator. Christine has been with Comfort Service since 2017 and has a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Central Florida. Her background is all things office administration with accounting, so it was only natural that she took on the bookkeeper and office manager role at Comfort Service, Inc. She is involved in the day-to-day operations and has overseen our move to our new software. She handles all unit registration and warranty questions and orders most warranty parts. She is happy to help any customer! When she is not working, she loves being at home, reading, and spending time with her husband, who is also part of our team.
