Negative Experience
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with their experiences at Bolsa Dental. Michael Do felt that his appointment was significantly delayed, and he experienced lengthy wait times. Tony had a particularly bad experience, citing scammers and unprofessional staff, including rude dentists and front desk staff. He felt pressured into additional treatments and was unhappy with the quality of work. Mina Nguyen had a negative experience with a dentist who was rude and made her feel uncomfortable. Ct T found the receptionist to be rude and unprofessional, and Hong Nguyen was unhappy with the lack of explanation from staff regarding a mouthwash solution used during her mother's appointment.
