Our Services

Terbo Construction offers a comprehensive range of construction management services, from pre-construction to post-construction. Our goal is to deliver your project on time and under budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Our services include:

1. Pre-Construction Services: We provide site analysis, suggest architects, engineers, and subcontractors, coordinate with the owners, architects, and engineers during the design development, prepare project budgets, and select subcontractors that match your experience and quality requirements.

2. During Construction: We assign an experienced project manager to manage every aspect of your job and an on-site job superintendent to manage and coordinate work. Our main office staff will administer your project from start to finish, coordinate with all suppliers, and maintain long-term relationships with subcontractors and other industry partners.

3. Post Construction: Terbo keeps all past records of your project and has access to all subcontractors used during your project. This information can save you considerable money and time when you need to update or make changes in the future. We stand behind our work, whether it is new construction or remodeling.
