At Trinity Health Care Services, we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our residents. Our services include:

• Dementia/Alzheimer's Care: Our certified therapists provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. We offer behavioral management programs that help improve cognitive function, reduce anxiety and agitation, and enhance quality of life.
• Activities Therapy: We offer a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, music therapy, and pet therapy, designed to engage our residents and promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
• Certified Therapies: Our certified therapist teams offer some of the most innovative options for residents to maintain or regain health. We offer speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and certified wound care, among other services.
• Hospice Services: Our hospice services provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and their families during end-of-life care.
• Respite Services: We offer respite services for family caregivers who need a break from caring for their loved ones. Our respite services provide temporary care and support for residents while their caregivers take some time for themselves.
• Infection Control: We have strict infection control measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
• IV Therapy: We offer IV therapy services for residents who require intravenous fluids or medication.

Our 90-bed Mingo location is located at 100 Hillcrest Drive, Williamson, WV 25661, and can be reached at (304) 235-7005. Both locations offer complementary care and are staffed by experienced nurses, doctors, and physical therapists dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care.
