Meet the Team

Timothy A. Bass, AIA, LEED AP - Principal

Tim Bass is the principal architect and founding owner of Bass Studio Architects. He created Bass Studio in Columbus, Ohio, in 1992 after graduating from The Ohio State University with a Master's Degree in Architecture and working for two large architectural firms for five years.

Tim and his firm have received numerous awards over the years for design, including a national Restaurant Design Award from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Los Angeles chapter; a national design award from Playthings Magazine for Best New Toy Store Design; and design awards from AIA Columbus chapter, and the chambers of commerce in the Columbus suburbs of Grandview Heights and Worthington. Bass Studio Architects is recognized as one of Ohio's top restaurant design firms and also provides services in urban design, planning, and interior design.
