Provident United Apartments is a Central Ohio-based property management company that has been in operation since 1974. Our Communities

We currently manage 773 multi-family units in five different apartment communities, including Hayes Colony in Delaware, Ohio, and Hunters Ridge in Gahanna, Ohio. Our communities offer a range of floor plans, from one-bedroom garden apartments to three-bedroom townhomes, each designed to provide ample space and comfort for our residents. Our communities are carefully designed to provide a sense of community and connection, with amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and playgrounds.

Our executives have been active in the Columbus Apartment Association, serving terms as President of the Association.
