He further honed his skills by completing his apprenticeship program at Bergen County Technical School and acquiring his master electrician license.

His wife, Beth, a devoted partner of 25 years, has been instrumental in shaping Monte Electric into the thriving business it is today. Together, with the unwavering support of their extended family, including Jim's sister Dawn as the long-standing office manager and Aunt Eileen, they have created a family-oriented work environment.
