Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced and knowledgeable professionals who are committed to providing personalized service to our clients. We have a team of shareholders who are experts in their respective fields, ensuring that our clients receive the attention they deserve.

Jeffrey F. Reese, CPA, EA, has been in public accounting for 38 years and is licensed to practice public accounting in Minnesota. He is also an Enrolled Agent, which allows him to specialize in taxation and represent taxpayers before the IRS. Jeff is a past president of the Mid-State Chapter of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned an Associates Degree from Northland Community and Technical College and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of North Dakota. Jeff is married and has one daughter and a grandson. He is an active member of the St. Patrick's church council, the Catholic Community Foundation board in the Diocese of Crookston, and other local community events.

Mark Hatton, CPA, has been in public accounting for over 40 years and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is licensed to practice in both Minnesota and North Dakota. Mark has extensive experience in providing tax, accounting, and consulting services to individuals, businesses, and fiduciaries.
