At Alder Haus Apartments, we offer a unique tri-level townhouse design that is a refreshing change from the typical rectangular floor plans of most apartments. Our units come in a variety of sizes and layouts, from cozy studios to spacious 2-bedroom units with a bath and a half. Our two-bedroom units come in two styles - a newly refinished open floor plan with 980 square feet of living space, and a standard floor plan also with 980 square feet of living space. Our one-bedroom units offer 620 square feet of living space with a full bath, while our studio units have 435 square feet of living space with a full bath.
