Our dental clinic is located in the Professional Building in Warren at 205 Johnson Ave, Warren, MN 56762. Our phone number for appointments and questions is 218-745-4601. We are open from 8:00 to 4:30 Tuesday to Friday and every other Monday. We recommend making an appointment to ensure prompt service, but we welcome walk-ins as well.
