Who We Are

Our firm is led by Paul P. Pacchiana, Esq., who has over 50 years of experience practicing law. With over 20 years of that experience in Florida, he is deeply familiar with the Sunshine State's laws, particularly regarding real estate, homestead and probate law, and estate planning. He is a member in good standing with the Collier County Bar Association and Florida Bar Association, and also maintains his membership with the New York Bar Association, where he began and established his law career.

Paul graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 1971 and with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University in 1968. Born the youngest of three boys and raised in upstate New York, he brings a broad range of both knowledge and wisdom to his practice.
