This workshop teaches participants how to use a massage gun for relaxation and stress relief, promoting mind-body awareness, muscle recruitment, and tissue hydration. Our instructors will guide participants through percussive therapy techniques, demonstrating targeted methods to activate muscles, improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and stress release.
