Elliott Manor is a distinguished 6-story, 105 unit masonry apartment building that has been proudly serving the Morris community for over 30 years. Our Apartments
Each of our apartments features a living/dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with linen closets and grab bars, and a cozy bedroom. Our bathrooms are designed with your safety and comfort in mind, and our kitchens come with modern electric appliances. Each apartment is equipped with electric heating and individual heat and air conditioning, ensuring that you are comfortable all year round.
We understand that safety is a top priority for our residents, which is why we have implemented several safety features in our building. These include a security entrance system with an intercom and camera, smoke detectors in each apartment, and a building-wide sprinkler system in the common areas. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with grab bars in the bathrooms, providing extra support and peace of mind.
Community Amenities
Elliott Manor offers a variety of community amenities for our residents to enjoy. Our building features two elevators, private storage cages for each apartment, a community room, a library, lounges on every floor, and laundry rooms. Our residents also have access to a general office for any questions or concerns.
We believe that our residents deserve the best, which is why we provide a utility allowance per the HAP contract for all tenants. We also offer free parking lot spaces for residents, as well as off-street parking for guests at no additional charge.
