Alex Brase: A registered nurse and Pilates instructor, Alex is driven by the remarkable physical and emotional benefits of the practice. She blends mindful movement with her nursing expertise to deliver impactful Pilates sessions.
Lauren Ware: Inspired by Pilates' transformative power after recovering from an injury, Lauren guides clients through their own healing and strengthening journeys. Her diverse teaching background and compassionate approach make her classes engaging and insightful.
