Our History and Experience

Our agency has been proudly representing State Farm Insurance in Smyrna, Clayton, Townsend, Blackiston, Little Creek, Woodland Beach, Leipsic, Cheswold, Blackbird, all of Delaware and Maryland for over nine years. Our team is led by Danny Schanne, a third-generation State Farm agent with a deep passion for the industry. Danny has been part of the State Farm family since 2013, starting as a team member in a local office in Maryland after graduating from Stevenson University with a degree in Business Information Systems. He was part of the 2013 National Champion Lacrosse team during his time at Stevenson, an experience that has helped shape his leadership skills and commitment to teamwork.

Community Involvement

We believe in giving back to the community and are actively involved in various local organizations. Danny is a member of the Smyrna-Clayton Rotary Club, which has allowed us to participate in various community service projects, such as roadside cleanups and providing scholarships for local high school graduates pursuing higher education. Additionally, Danny serves as an assistant coach for the Smyrna High School boy's lacrosse team, combining his love for the sport with his dedication to supporting the local community.

Our Office and Hours

Our office is conveniently located at 123 W Glenwood Avenue, Smyrna, DE 19977-1107, next door to the American Legion Building and down the street from the Smyrna Police Department. We are open Monday from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday from 9am to 7pm, Wednesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday are closed. However, we are available by appointment after hours to accommodate our customers' busy schedules.
