Our Design Process

Our design process commences with an introductory meeting between the Principal Architect, Kevin Gossen, and the client. We believe that our designs are heavily influenced by our clients' input, making the entire experience a collaborative and stimulating endeavor. The preliminary design, which consists of hand-drawn floorplans and elevations, establishes the project's purpose and architectural form. These initial sketches gradually evolve into construction documents, complete with detailed plans, sections, elevations, and 3D perspective renderings. We consistently monitor our projects during the construction phase to ensure that our designs align perfectly with the final product, maintaining a diligent eye on quality and consistency.

Gossen Architects is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

• Full-Time Commercial/Residential Project Manager: We seek a qualified candidate with an accredited Architecture degree and a minimum of five years of experience working in an architecture firm. Fluency in REVIT, knowledge of AutoCAD, and construction documents are prerequisites. Gossen Architects offers a competitive salary, full medical benefits, ARE test reimbursement, and IDP support. • Architectural Intern: Gossen Architects is also searching for students and recent graduates to join our team. We value new and innovative techniques in architecture while simultaneously teaching young professionals our design approach. This full-time or part-time, in-office position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a thriving architectural environment.
