Our founders, Paul and Sherri Pearce, have been married for over thirty years and have raised two sons together. With a background in community banking, Paul decided to pursue his passion for accounting and became a certified public accountant in 1994. After over two decades of experience in the banking industry, Paul and Sherri decided to open their own accounting and financial services practice in November 2002.

Our practice is built on the principles of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to making our clients' lives easier. We believe that the relationship between a client and their accountant is one of the most important decisions they will make for their personal or business financial security. That's why we strive to provide peace of mind through our services.

In 2007, our youngest son, Adam, joined the practice, bringing with him a fresh perspective and new skills. Adam was certified to practice accounting in 2010 and has been an integral part of our team ever since. Together, we have built a practice that is licensed to operate in both Texas and Oklahoma, with a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of our clients.
