Blackmon & Blackmon, PLLC was established in 1989 in Canton, Mississippi, by Edward Blackmon, Jr. and his wife, Barbara Martin Blackmon. From its humble beginnings, the firm has grown into a statewide and national practice, representing clients across the United States. However, it has always remained committed to its original mission of being a beacon in the Canton community. The firm is located in the heart of central Mississippi, just a stone's throw away from the capital city of Jackson, Mississippi.

Edward Blackmon, Jr., a native of Canton, always dreamed of returning home to make a positive impact on his community. This dream became a reality when he and his wife established Blackmon & Blackmon, PLLC. Barbara Blackmon (Attorney & Partner)

Barbara Blackmon is a graduate of Tougaloo College and the University of Mississippi School of Law. She has been practicing law since 1979 and has extensive experience in civil litigation, criminal law, taxation law, corporate law, and personal injury law.

Bradford J. Blackmon (Associate Attorney)

Bradford J. Blackmon is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law. He has been practicing law since 2011 and focuses on personal injury law, including automobile accidents, products liability, and 18 Wheeler accidents.
