Grist Iron Brewing Company, established in 2015, is a microbrewery nestled in the picturesque Finger Lakes Region of New York State. Situated on a 150-acre property overlooking the serene Seneca Lake, the brewery offers patrons an exceptional assortment of hand-crafted beers and a delightful pub food experience. With a wide range of beer styles and flavors, Grist Iron Brewing caters to both craft beer enthusiasts and traditionalists alike. Our tap list brims with 15 unique brews at any given time, featuring IPAs, fruited sours, lagers, and more.

Our culinary team raises the bar on pub food with an extensive variety of pizzas, sandwiches, smoked meats, barbeque, shareable plates, and regular specials. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are also available from our thoughtfully curated menu. Grist Iron beer is available in over 100 restaurants and bars across upstate New York. Additionally, our gift shop offers canned beer to go, which is distributed to independent stores and through Wegmans in the Finger Lakes Region. New York State residents can have Grist Iron Beer shipped directly to their doorstep.

The Lodge at Grist Iron

The Lodge at Grist Iron is a recently renovated and charming Inn, offering upscale accommodations for those looking to explore not only the brewery but also the myriad attractions of our area. With the capacity to host large groups of up to 16 people, our historic and inviting Farmhouse boasts an expansive deck overlooking the breathtaking Seneca Lake. The Farmhouse is an ideal setting for gatherings, celebrations, and corporate retreats.
