Delaware Child Development, now known as Ivy Learning, has been a trusted partner in the Bartlesville, OK community since 1997. Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality early learning environments for children, and we have evolved over the years to offer a wide range of support services for parents and providers.

Our commitment to providing high-quality early learning environments for children has remained steadfast. We believe that all children deserve a caring, nurturing environment in which to grow and develop to their fullest potential. Our mission is to work with other agencies, businesses, and individuals to help guide that to happen. By working with centers, family child care homes, schools, parents, or the community, we hope to touch the lives of all children that we encounter either directly or indirectly.

Services

We offer a variety of services to support parents and providers, including child care assistance, resource and referral services, child nutrition programs, fingerprinting services, and training and events. Our staff is dedicated to nurturing healthy and happy growing children, and we are committed to educating and informing the public regarding the importance of a strong foundation for our children.

Our child care assistance program provides support for parents for child care payments and helps connect them with quality child care providers. Our resource and referral services provide information and resources for parents and providers, including training and technical assistance. Our child nutrition program helps ensure that children have access to healthy meals and snacks while in care.
