Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including civil, structural, and marine engineering. Our civil engineering services include subdivision design, industrial/retail site development, grading, drainage, and erosion control, stormwater management, roadway design, and permitting assistance. Our structural engineering services include concrete and structural restoration, residential, commercial, condominiums, parking garages, shoring, roofing design, aluminum structural design, waterproofing, and threshold inspections. Our marine engineering services include inspection, design, and permitting for personalized docks and piers, seawalls and bulkheads, multi-family docks and marinas, beach protection, shoreline stabilization, dredging, and bathymetric surveys. We also offer milestone inspections, which are crucial for condominium associations in Florida.

Issues with the Company
However, there was a glaring issue with the company highlighted by Susanne Corinne, who mentioned that the initial bid was low, but ended up being millions of dollars more, with only a third of the job being completed.
