Our Process

At CRS Builders, we believe that a successful construction project requires careful planning, clear communication, and attention to detail. That's why we have developed a comprehensive process that includes:

*Consultation*: The first step is the initial or complimentary consultation, where we assess the space and jointly go over your expectations on the project. We consider the time frame, initial budget, and the feasibility of the project. This stage is essential as it sets the tone for the entire project, and we are committed to ensuring that our clients feel heard, valued, and informed.

*Design and Presentation*: After the consultation, we will come up with an initial design and budget. The design will comprise explanatory 3D renderings and will be ready within 7-10 days. We believe that visualization is crucial to a successful project, and we take pride in the fact that our clients appreciate the level of detail and accuracy that goes into each design.

*Construction*: To give our clients the best, we assign an on-site construction manager to be in charge of all aspects of the project. Regular updates and an online project management system allow the client to monitor the progress of the project. We believe that transparency and communication are key to a successful construction project, and we are committed to ensuring that our clients are informed every step of the way.

*Meet Your New Space*: We schedule a walk-through for our clients once the project is in the final stages. We inform them of what else needs to be done to attain 100% completion. The last stage is where we have the new space professionally cleaned and ready for use.
