Unsatisfactory Experience
The residents of Harbor Island Management have had a disappointing experience with the management team. Rude and Uncoordinated Management has been the general consensus, according to Rochelle S., who has been living in the complex for 8 months. She expresses frustration with the management's unresponsiveness, waiting over 5 months for a simple air filter change and still no response. Furthermore, she had to wait over 4 months for maintenance to fix her leaky toilet, which once flooded her bathroom.
