Portfolio Properties
We operate 24 hotels across the country, from Gainesville, Florida to Portland, Oregon, with a total revenue of over $110MM in 2021. Our properties include select hotels such as Courtyard Green Hills in Nashville, Tennessee, Hampton Inn Germantown in Germantown, Tennessee, and Homewood Suites Athens in Athens, Georgia. Each property is managed with the goal of exceeding guest expectations and driving operational excellence.
